Custom: Contractor Onboarding Implementation using LWC for mobile users as well. Implementation Conga composer , DocuSign and Formstack for contact lifecycle management and documentation.
Service Cloud: Case Management for Retention Team, Compliance Escalation cases. Integration with Social Studio to automate Case creation.
Marketing Cloud: Implemented Customer Journey, Reputation Management using Social Studio Listening and Email performance capabilities.
