Key Challenge:
- Customer wanted to build a seamless platform to review, recommend and rewrite an existing salesforce community product and make it compliant with salesforce community standards.
- Upgrade application tech stack to latest salesforce specs e.g. use LWC has the latest technology for all new development and redesigning of existing processes.
- Split the current community into two to control a number of custom objects (Artemis and Data Collection).
- Create a new Community for Client/Patient to self-serve.
- Ensure correct coding standards are maintained.
- Run both old and new Community together in Production.
- Implementation of new Community and data model should not impact existing community and processes.
