Key Challenge:

  • High manual intervention in reading ORR forms for CLI requests and processing.
  • This mainly caters to the scenario where the customer is either not eligible for a CLI or the customer is requesting a larger CLI.

Our Solution:

A Job scheduler configured to create Cases for ORR request. If income is provided by the customer, the case is routed to RiskQ for evaluation, else the case is routed for contacting the customer and getting the income.
The form used by risk analysts to evaluate and document the CLI request is built into the Pega Case UI. Risk analysts will review the request and either approve it, decline it or provide a counter offer.
