CEC is the application used by this manufacturing company's customer service representatives. It aids in understanding Customer/Dealer issues related to our client's products and provides the Customer/Dealer with relevant services.

Maantic was involved in the following:

  • Developing and customizing Pega Customer Support Framework for the client's requirement
  • Customizing the Warranty Framework to do Warranty Management for the client
  • Utilizing the Field service management framework to schedule services for the client's customers
  • Integrating Cisco Agent Application with Pega to manage Calls and Call Transfers
  • Advising client team members in all aspects of Pega  PRPC
  • Doing code review for the entire team's work as per Pega best practices and guardrails
