Flexible Unified Service Environment

Built upon the Pega CPM HC framework to build end to end integrated system to improve collaboration, streamline processes along with optimizing Member and Provider customer service in call centers.

Maantic was involved in the following:

  • Customizing CPM Interaction Driver to suit UCare requirements
  • Creating CPM Intent Tasks to enable flows in the Interaction driver
  • Integrating with in-house systems
  • Developing Member Authentication, Claim Inquiry, 360 Claims review and Billing modules
  • Creating multiple reports to View Benefits, Security checklists, etc.
  • Preparing design documents, production roll out model, transition documents, training plans
  • Providing PRPC as well as Application Training to employees
