Multi-Year Application build for Client Services

3-year, 15m project encompassing CRM application for entire Services Delivery division supporting 11,000 financial planners and millions of customers. The objective was to lower costs and improve customer service.

Maantic was involved in the following:

  • Advising client team leaders on all aspects of Pega technology
  • Authoring project-wide development conventions and guidelines
  • Performing low-level customizations to CPM Framework
