Communities Solution

Client wanted to migrate from Partner Portal to Communities with a solution that was compatible with mobile devices. The UI needed to be branded, user friendly and easy to manage. Partners should be able to maintain their portfolio account and also be able to sell the product seamlessly. Communities should support multiple language and locale for European partners. Salesforce should have real-time integration with Oracle and provide an interface to partner to manage and maintain the purchase order data.

Maantic's contribution:

  • Design solution for building custom UI on out-of-box functionality
  • Personalized dashboards and reports for partners
  • Created Intuitive navigation to traverse with in all available components
  • Partner security configuration wizard for admin to provide or restrict access to components
  • Create custom lightning page component for complex business process
  • Create Communities template
  • Integrate with oracle and provided API to external System
  • Leverage out-of-box functionalise for most of the process and communities

Maantic's role:

  • Assisted in System Development Life Cycle of Product Launches & Improvements on SunPower Salesforce Partner Portal
  • Involved in Implementing Service Cloud for Customer- Case management, Email routing, F9 CTI integrations
  • Several integrations with external system through Informatica, REST and SOAP
  • Multiple data cleaning and data management project
  • Integrations to Back End Systems such As A Global Pricing Platform/Credit Processing(GenPath-LoanPath)/Oracle
  • Integration with Informatica Cloud pushing, and transforming data between SFDC and Industry Domain Specified Partner Tool focused on Residential Customers

    • Build Functionalities around Partner Account, Customer Account, Third Party Seller
    • Build Functionalities around Opp. management, define new process for Opp Life Cycles

    • Build Quote Wizard for Quote different products being in multiple countries
    • Integration with multiple external System like Financial System, and other paid WebServices to get the environmental Data
    • Build pricing model for Quoting and business process around Third Party Selling
  • Order Management
    • Integrated with Oracle for Order management
  • Document Management
    • Integrated with external document generation server for business and customer lease document
