Harry lyer CEO & VP Sales  

Harry Iyer founded Maantic in 2009 with the aim of delivering leading-edge solutions and outstanding service to clients. Harry provides Maantic’s strategic vision and leads the company's growth efforts. Additionally, Harry focuses on Business Development with software product companies like Pegasystems, Salesforce, UiPath and ServiceNow. He is exceptional in building relationships with clients, partners and his employees.

Prior to starting Maantic, Harry worked for offshore companies like Cognizant and Mindtree, being involved primarily in Sales and Account Management. Harry has over 25 years of experience selling Financial and IT services, and Account Management skills with Fortune 500 and software product companies. Additionally, Harry has worked with numerous clients in various domains including Financial Services, Telecom, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech and Insurance.

Harry graduated from the University of Mumbai with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Commerce.

Siva Subramanian Head – Finance & Operations  

Siva Subramanian is the Head – Finance & Operations at Maantic Inc.

He is a finance professional with over two decades of experience spanning the entire gamut of finance with additional responsibility of overseeing Global Procurement and Legal & Compliance function. He has a proven track record of extensive domestic and international experience in corporate operations and management, delivering improved profits via cost control measures for over 20 years. His primary forte is in guiding business segments to greater efficiency and growth, reducing organizational risk through comprehensive changes within departments, and ensuring maximum accuracy and quality in reporting and forecasting. His expertise extends in all areas of directing and managing finances for the company's local offices across cities and the foreign office, corporate budgeting and cash flow management, strategic financial planning, audits, system and procedure development, corporate governance to standard operating financial procedure, management information systems and strengthening of internal controls.

Shirsendu Sengupta Head - BPM & CRM Practice  

Shirsendu is the head of our Pega Practice and comes with 20 years of varied experience and skills in service and product development. Prior to joining Maantic, Shirsendu was with Cognizant BPM practice as Director – Projects for 15 years and was one of the founder members of their Pega/BPM practices. He also served as the Global Delivery Head of Insurance & Healthcare & LifeScience Industries at Cognizant. Shirsendu is responsible to drive the business development, working with Pega Account Executives and Customers along with helping Organisations achieve Customer Experience through Digital Transformation, increase efficiency through Process Automation for Maantic.

He has wide experience in working with enterprise customers across the globe (USA, UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Australia, and India) providing Pega / BPM solutions in Insurance, Healthcare, Life Science, Manufacturing, Retail, Communication & Media industries for the last 15 years. He was actively involved in Thought leadership with CXO and strategic selling, Solution & Asset development in association with Product partners, Standardization in delivery methodology, driving Knowledge workshop Technology sessions, Adept at identifying opportunities for improving efficiency and effectiveness through process re-engineering, Robotics Process Automation, managing / delivering Large Complex Program across Globe with geographically-separated teams. He was also involved in incubating and managing large technology competencies in BPM space - Appian, OpenText-Cordys, K2 & BonitaSoft.

Apurv Joshi CRM Practice Head

Apurv is the head of our CRM Practice and comes with 20 years of experience in service and product development. Prior to joining Maantic, Apurv served as the Program Director at Mindtree and Sr. Manager at Cognizant. His career also includes tenures at Oracle India and Tech Mahindra. Apurv is driving Maantic’s delivery strategy and execution for Salesforce, and ensures that we provide best-in-class services and delivery models to our clients.

He has extensive experience with enterprise clients in providing solutions on Hi-Tech, Manufacturing, BFSI, Telecom-OSS, Life sciences, Logistics, and Web publishing products. He specializes in Salesforce practice management, planning, and leading strategic transformation programs for CRM-driven projects. He has been actively involved in defining the strategy, governance plan, establishing core-delivery leadership team, and consolidation of delivery process for various clients. He also has more than a decade of experience in managing large global accounts in the USA, UK, Singapore and India.

Bhushan Dongare CRM Enterprise Architect  

Bhushan Dongare is a seasoned Enterprise Architect having 20+ years of IT experience. He has excellent knowledge of architecting & implementing technology solutions in Salesforce, AWS, Mobility and EAI using NodeJs, Java, J2EE, C/C++, and Mainframe on various platforms (AIX, Linux). As Chief architect he is responsible for understanding customer pain areas and creating technical solutions to achieve customers business vision. Other responsibilities also include:

  • Expanding Maantic's Salesforce Portfolio
  • Developing software solutions & assets
  • Working closely with Customers at management level to work as Trusted Technology Advisor

His areas of interests and expertise include Banking and finance, Credit Cards, Insurance, Sales & Service domains, Gaming, Automotive & Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, Retail & Business to Business application solutions, etc.

Kumar Hebbar Head - Sales & Operations  

Kumar Hebbar is an experienced Sales & business development professional with a demonstrated history of working in the IT services, freight forwarding and supply chain industry. Skilled in Sales, Negotiation, Strategic Planning, Business Development, Marketing Strategy, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Strong marketing professional with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Institute of Technology and Management.

He currently heads Maantic’s India Sales and Operations.

Bharatarajan Subramanian Chief Information Security Officer  

Bharatarajan Subramanian is Maantic's Chief Information Security Officer. He holds degrees in Mathematics, Electronics Engineering, and Management, and is a subject matter expert across various domains. Rising through the ranks to become the CTO of one of the world’s largest financial institutions and coupled with being a senior consultant with India’s leading Cyber Security company, he comes with hands-on experience in BPR, BCP, Enterprise Risk Management, and IT. He is also a CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional).

Ritu Manjrekar Head - Human Resources  

Ritu Manjrekar is a Talent and Human Resources Strategist with 20+ years experience in talent acquisition, staff augmentation related vendor management, handling employee relations, designing onboarding procedures, implementing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing budgets, designing training programs and developing compensation plans. Extensive experience in serving as a “trusted advisor” in matters related to workforce planning, resource allocation & utilization, succession planning and immigration compliance.
